I'...I could have written that first part myself! I'm finding that I can a certain thing one day -- and do it well, but the next day, my mind takes over and says, "Oh no you can't." <br />Physically, there's absolutely nothing different from the previous day; however, my mind convinces the body that it can't be done. <br />Do not give up!! If you're anything like me, you'll be able to get up again, and then you'll wonder, "Why couldn't I do that yesterday?"
